clean, clutter free. conveniently located place. not sure if this was my fault but definitely shoudlve double checked the listing because the bed was a bit tight for 2 adults but other than that it was nice.

Very clean and comfy smaller condo. The one we stayed in had the garage under the unit, so the car was in covered parking, which was great. The condo development is clean, and easy to find. Just a couple miles from London Bridge and the tourist area of Lake Havasu City. Each condo building has a heated swimming pool and a hot tub, in a fenced area that is very nice. The condos were quiet, and peaceful. The bed was comfy and the unit had everything we needed to feel at home, and make some meals. The office staff were friendly and helpful. The price was great! It was less money than booking through Havasu Dunes directly, and you are getting the same thing! Susan was very quick to respond to questions, and quite friendly as well.

We had a great stay! Check in was very easy and they gave us great recommendations for things to do. The condo was much more updated than the pictures showed and we had everything we needed during our stay. All of the amenities were as described and we enjoyed the hot tub and heated pool. We also loved the very short drive to the lake and Rotary Park. Would stay again!

Easy checkin even after 10pm. This remodeled condo was perfect for our 3 night stay in Havasu. Great use of space. Cute patio with lake view. The sofa bed was comfortable according to my daughter and the queen bedroom has a door for separate room privacy so it was better than advertised as a one room studio. Has a full kitchen although we preferred dining out this time- it has a full size refrigerator/freezer with ice maker, stove, coffee, etc. Even provided beach towels, although we didn’t swim it was thoughtful. It’s the perfect size for a family of 3 like a couple with a child or teen. Clean, quiet, and great safe parking for our moto van. Not a party destination so you’ll get great rest here! I will book again if it’s available when we return to Lake Havasu City! Thanks Susan!
