Great house. Would recommend for a large family

1st let me start by saying this place was almost perfect for our group. We were greeted with a personal note written by Rebecca which was a nice touch! The home was very clean. I know I read one review that mentioned this as a problem but that was not our experience. A person in our group is a professional housekeeper (owns a business) and believe me she was checking, it passed all the tests! The dining areas are great for large groups and the living room is perfect for hanging out and movie watching. This home is in a great, quiet neighborhood and close to all the main attractions in OKC. There is a smaller park about 5 house down that worked out great for our kiddos. The sunroom with the pool table was so much fun and grilling on the patio was ideal! The master bedroom is large and spacious! A few things to be aware of-the front door does not shut all the way unless you lock it. This isn't a big deal but was a little bit annoying with our large group because we had a lot of people coming and going to various activities. Secondly, the listing says that towels are provided. We had a group of 11 and we were only provided 4 body towels ( one per room.) When a listing says towels are provided my experience has been at least one towel per person. Lastly, the listing has the number of beds in two of the rooms listed incorrectly on the "where you'll sleep" section. This section makes it seem like two of the bedrooms have 2 beds and a pull out couch. All the rooms have just one bed (either king or queen) and one pull out bed\couch(either a queen PR twin.) If you go to the "additional details" section of the listing you will see everything listed correctly but the fact that it is not listed correctly on the initial front page of the listing did require our group to have to do some creative pivoting to give everyone a bed that worked because we where going off the incorrect info. Overall, we had a great stay! This was a last minute trip for us and this is one of the only homes is our price range although it was near the top end of our budget. This is an older home with some beautiful updates but I do believe had we booked earlier might have found a little a little bit more for the price. However, we made some wonderful memories in this home so it was definitely worth it!

All in all this we had a good experience. Some parts of the house could be cleaner but it was a great space for our large family to gather and actually had enough eating space. The sunroom was great for the kids to hang out in and the sectional was a great size too. They were quick to help with the few issues we had and were great at communicating with us.

The home is a wonderful place for groups. The couch is perfect, the multiple dining areas are very useful! Jeff was a great host! Really communicated well and was very quick at helping us with some issues we had. Would recommend Jeff and his home. Very easy to find and access!

We booked this place for a small business retreat (5 employees and a couple of family members). Jerrica did everything she could to make our stay comfortable. Before we arrived, there was a plumbing issue at the house we had booked. They upgraded us, at no additional charge, to one of their other properties close by. Lots of room, comfortable beds, great locations, clean… we have zero complaints. We would definitely stay again at one of their properties. :D
