My family of 10 adults + 2 babies below 1 y/o + 3 adult helpers stayed here for 3D/2N last Jan 4-6, 2021. We stayed at House 1 (there are 3 Houses with separate pools). We checked in at 4PM (their allowable is 3PM). Overall, our stay was okay BUT there are still a lot of things to improve on. I love the location -- it has a breathtaking mountain view with fresh, cool breeze. The house is big with a spacious living room and a kitchen; rooms were also quite big. It’s also nice that there are 3 restaurants inside the Serenity compound and they have carts for the guests. The caretaker was attentive to our concerns, but they could've been proactive and ensured everything was ready and in place. I understand there are other houses/guests, but it would've been better if there was also an easier way to reach out to the housekeeper other than literally look for her outside the house. Airbnb host wasn't responding to my messages neither; I had to contact them on their Facebook Page (although I booked via Airbnb). Main concerns during the stay - Biggest issue was the cleanliness of the place (including hygiene). The floor was really dusty; it's not ideal to walk inside the house barefoot. We thought they mopped it prior to check-in esp that we arrived an hour late. - Bedsheets and pillowcases smelled musty (not dried out). Curtains in the bedrooms were dusty and dirty (there were already marks). - Kitchen wasn't clean, especially the sink and the refrigerator (there were food/dirt marks, we had to clean them up). The faucet was faulty (but working), and cabinets seemed uncleaned. - Chair covers in the dining area also needed to be replaced; they were also dusty and looked untidy already. We also cleaned up the dining table as it was very dusty. - There’s also this standby area adjacent to the kitchen and dining room and things (not ours) were all over the place when we checked in. It smelled bad as well. We figured workers stand by that area. It’s really odd considering that area was part of the house and the door (to the living/dining room) was transparent. So bystanders can see us and our things. Other minor things you might need to know: - There was only 1 channel working on their TV (in the sala), WiFi wasn't also working. I understand these are complementary, but these should be declared in advanced. Or better ask them first prior to booking. - There's also no A/C in all rooms, but you actually don't need one by night as the place is already cold. Also no TVs in any of the room (just fyi, but shouldn't be a problem for some groups like ours). - No heater in the pool. Would’ve been a nice addition. - You have to request for the kitchen utensils. Better request them ahead upon booking. Other than the cleanliness and minor concerns, this is still a great place to stay. But I really hope they take the cleanliness a top priority among others so future guests won’t have to encounter the same experience as ours.

Lovely holiday home, perfect for family reunions or big gatherings. The view is awesome and weather is great, not too warm or too cold. Will recommend to family and friends.

Pictures were accurate. Incredible view and great open floor plan. Great place to stay with big groups. Small things that could improve like accommodations and cooking supply for bigger groups. Wonderful stay overall
