This home was a great place for our large group of family and friends, including our two little kids. It was close to everything and as pictured.

The house was great to host a few families with kids since it had a nice size pool that was enclosed. Also, the newly updated game room with cinema was a hit. That is where the greatness ends. The house needs a ton of updating and lots of TLC. There were broken appliances, furniture, and mirrors in the bathroom. There is no door on the bathroom in the master bedroom, therefore taking showers and going to the bathroom can be tricky. The "apartment" has one very tiny bathroom that doesn't fit adults if a family is staying back there. The mattresses need updated tremendously as they are very uncomfortable. Lastly, there are sliding doors that do not close fully and make an awful draft in the pool area. I would expect with the amount that is charged and all the fees applied that the house would be better taken care of.

Overall, worth it. But know there are some issues. Paid about ~$7,150 for 3 nights. $1,625/nt plus... Cleaning fee $700. Service fee $787. Taxes $790. Good: Very spacious. Great pool, sauna, and jacuzzi. Nice appliances, tables, couches, chairs, etc. Nice game area with pool, game, and poker table. Piano, fenced backyard, 2 fridges, location to park/grocery store. Bad: Poor communication - no responses to questions through Airbnb app after check-in. Zero instructions in theater room. 4 digit parental control lock not provided. Had to sign additional contracts. Cell phone service better than home internet provider so streaming TVs were not good. Older house, heat/AC is wonky... some rooms hot, some cold. One bed was kinda broken. The jukebox is oddly pay to play in the pool area so bring your own small speaker. Few updates to the house, some maintenance and a better management company would go a long way. The huge pluses made up for a lot of minor/medium negatives/unusable stuff.

It’s a sprawling large home, lots of rooms and entertaining spaces. Pool and jacuzzi area is great! Kitchen is small. Some things were not functional like the TV and juke box in the pool area, internet was sporadic throughout (and the TVs operate with streaming). Fireplace in master has no remote to turn on. Fireplace next to game room didn’t turn on. Master bedroom tub has no stopper so it couldn’t be used. Heat controls for master bedroom couldn’t find. That said, it was an awesome place for a large family. Expensive but was nice!

This house and everything about it is unlike anything we’ve ever had the privilege of experiencing! My wife and I got married in RMNP this past weekend and had all of our closest friends and family stay and celebrate at Panorama with us for the weekend. Everyone, including ourselves, were absolutely blown away by how incredible everything was..the house, the pool, the theater, the property, the list goes on and on! Amazing!! We couldn’t have envisioned or asked for a better “home base” to make memories of a lifetime at, and we cannot wait to come back and make coming here a family and friends tradition! It’s beyond the perfect space to have everyone together at; there’s an abundance of room throughout to hang out and spend time together (inside and outside!), along with couches and seating EVERYWHERE, spacious bedrooms, and the most comfortable beds! We’re so sad our trip had to come to an end! This home truly has it all!!!
