The place is accessible, spacious, and very homey. Navigating the spots in San Juan is very easy because the location of the house is perfect—you can just walk to a restaurant or coffee shop. If you take a bus from Manila, you can ask the bus conductor to drop you at NFA (which is just in front of the house). Plus, the beach is literally a few steps away! The Wi-Fi connection is strong and stable—we were able to do our work with no interruptions while looking at the beach by the window. Cooking is also a breeze since the house is equipped with kitchen essentials. Mark’s hospitality and responsiveness gave us a stress-free experience. He makes sure that you are all comfortable and taken care of. He even allowed us to check in super early since most of us had work in the morning. We’ll definitely book again! 💯💯💯

Very friendly and accommodating host! The place was just perfect since we visited LU primarily to have a relaxing view of the ocean while working. The area surrounding the unit is peaceful and everyone is friendly, especially the dogs (shoutout to Bait!). It’s a few minutes of walking to the city center but it’s a non-issue since we want to stay in something a bit more private. Every request was accommodated, and the network signal was never an issue. Flexible check in and out, helped us carry our luggages climbing up to our unit. I especially love watching the sunset from the penthouse. 😊

Beautiful beach view, but at a cost. The apartment is like an oven with the sun beating in 2 sides of the corner unit. Only a/c in the bedroom so the living is unbearable. Very basic apartment. Host was very kind and responsive. In site workers were kind and helpful.
