Family of 5 stayed for the weekend @ Prakash's place. It was a nice place to stay while visiting and taking in the NYC sites. The home was as advertised. Simply furnished but met our needs. Prakash is an absolutely terrific host who proactively provided local information and was always very quick to respond with anything needed. We'd stay here again.

I made the reservation on the way to the area. I didn't expect to be able to find a place to reserve, but I messaged the host, and he responded immediately. He was able to accommodate me, arriving late and set everything up with short notice. He's friendly and provided recommendations for where to go that ended up really nice. it's a nice place with plenty of space and a garage, which is definitely a plus. Highly recommend.

This is a nice place for a quick stay but the host was a little annoying with constantly hitting my phone instead of communicating within the app.

Prakash, the host, was very helpful, polite, and professional. He made ease of entry/departure concessions to the garage, for me, as a Military Combat Veteran with disabilities and limitations, which was commendable. He was very responsive. Although he lives below the rental unit, he was not intrusive. Though I gave 5-star ratings for this review, I humbly recommend the following improvements to aid and set expectation management to future guests: Please add TVs to all bedrooms, as there was only one located in the living-room. Please provide uniformed furniture, as it's unfair to give 5-stars to folding chairs and missed matched furniture accommodations, which I did; and also give 5-star ratings to hostd that provided wonderful furnishings with matching sets that felt like home. The tolls from NJ to NYC and back, adds up quickly. Overall my stay was pleasant and I would stay here again if traveling alone. Thank you very much Prakash!🙂
