The yard and general garden were very pleasant. Far too expensive for the repair of the property, the pool being damaged, and various things not working (electrics in the upstairs bedroom, dishwasher broken). The fountain and water feature was drained and not working. The host was responsive to our direct messages, but it was not clear that other people would be entering the property. On the first day we had a maintenance crew come to do yard work (not wearing masks), on the second day there was a strange dog in the house, on the fourth day the caretaker went into the children's bedroom unannounced at 2300 to fix the pool filter (no mask), and on the fifth day there was a man walking around to gather something from the greenhouse. It would have been nice to have all of these interruptions and visits have been communicated. There is a caretaker house on the property that was not indicated in the description. During Covid social distancing, this was unwelcome. It was not clear that one bedroom was not in the main house but above the kitchen. The kitchen is in a separate building, which was also not clear. The pool was not in good repair, with many sharp tiles dislodged, falling out (at least 15), and cutting the feet of the children. The electric plugs in the upstairs bedroom did not work for the entire time of our stay. None. The dishwasher was broken. .

It’s nice house, but they should let the pool heating before someone arrive on it.

Kiev is great, but with UGeen & Lana you will have an even more awesome time. We had trouble finding and reserving a restaurant so they did that for us and when we were running late they even called again on really short notice. This was just one of the few great things. Perfect communication.
