I stayed to visit old friends. Alice was welcoming and kind, and her place is great, the room is off the main area of the house, so it wasn’t weird at all.

Alice is a very pleasant and thoughtful host. The room was nicely furnished with a mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker - great for my short stay while attending a class in the area. Alice also added some nice touches with snacks and bathroom toiletries. I would stay here again and would recommend to others looking for an affordable room with private bath.

Alice’s place more than exceeded my expectation. Everything was perfect, the room is spacious and the private bathroom has everything you need. Alice thought of everything, from the refrigerator, microwave, snacks, water, and all the extra little details most host would never consider. I definitely will be staying here again when I come visit my daughter, who is a student at UNT.

Alice'shome was a cozy, calm retreat in a lovely and quiet neighborhood. Very comfy bed and good size bathroom made for a perfect, affordable stay. Alice was very kind and helpful. Wonderful stay!
