My 7yo daughter and I had a great stay. The space was very big and the location excellent. Easy walk to the metro and plenty of stores and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. It is a little noisy from the floor above (foot traffic) but I did not find it to be a problem. After all, we were out all day until after dinner and then watched tv at night. I think it is definitely worth the $ and would stay there again. Claire and her family were very welcoming and we had everything we needed. The use of metro cards was a definite plus! Washer, dryer, coffee, tea service - everything suited us perfectly. The bed was fantastic. Lots of outlets and USB ports too.

Wonderful space, location, hospitality. Definitely above and beyond. Beautifully finished space with all the conveniences. Really a quality place.

We really enjoyed our stay with Claire. She provides a parking pass for the street right outside her home, easy access to the apartment through her garage, and a very newly renovated space. The bed was very comfortable and there’s extra blankets and pillows, as well as a portable heater. The floors were a bit cold on bare feet but it is on the ground floor so that’s understandable. The kitchen was great, providing filtered water, coffee creamer, an electric kettle, a keurig machine, tea bags and kcups, salt, pepper, honey, sugar, etc. There’s also a fireplace, which was a cozy little touch. The tv is a smart tv so you have access to Netflix, Hulu, etc. It was about a 10 min walk to the metro station, and there’s also a little town area with a CVS, restaurants, bars, etc. Would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking to explore Arlington and/or DC. Another nice touch was that we had forgotten something in the bedroom and Claire offered to ship it to us! Claire also responded to our messages almost immediately, she’s a relatively new air bnb host and i’d say she’s doing an excellent job!

Claire and Patrick were amazing host and their place is even better than their pictures show. Everything you need and them some is provided. We will be back again
