Άψογα οργανωμένα όλα. Δεν έλειπε τίποτα από το σπίτι, ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ, κοντινή πανέμορφη παραλία, κοντά στο λιμάνι με γρήγορη πρόσβαση στα μαγαζιά για φαγητό. Απόλυτα ικανοποιημενη!

this is a gem. the house is clean, has everything you could need and want. 5 minutes to a beautiful beach with sunbeds set in the shade of a garden or right on the seafront, 5 minutes the other way I to Syvota with its restaurants, bars, shops, boat hire etc. George and his dad made us feel so welcome and had left treats for us to enjoy. the house has comfortable beds and air conditioning in all rooms. comfortable garden furniture. plenty of sofas etc in the living area. I cannot fault this place. we recommend without hesitation.

Πολύ όμορφο, περιποιημένο, καθαρό και πρακτικό σπίτι, πλήρως εφοδιασμένο με όλα όσα χρειάζεται κανείς για να νιώθει σα στο σπίτι του κατά τη διάρκεια της διαμονής του. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

This maisonette is probably one of the best places you could stay at in Syvota. Having been completely renovated recently the house provides a perfect atmosphere, a combination between traditional Greek interior and new standards. Furthermore, the soft touch of design around the place is what gives this extra "WOW" effect that will keep your moods up. The place has everything one could need. George and his parents are there for you in case something goes wrong, but this is unlikely to happen. The entire house was perfectly cleaned, as well as towels and soft sheets were provided. I think my favorite part was the hand soap in the bathroom that smelled like heaven (hopefully I left some for you all). Also, there is more than enough space for everyone and everything you bring along. Every room is equipped with an air conditioner and the hot water never runs out (very important if you are a family of 5-6 and have just come back from the beach). The double room (my favorite of course) is quite huge and has a very nice terrace with a view of the back garden. The small room is spacious enough. Both have big dressers for you to keep your clothes. The bathroom is on the second floor and is equipped with everything you need. The first floor regroups the hall and the kitchen, needless to say that the place is huge. The kitchen is also fully equipped and we were given some nice treats, some from the town of Ioannina where the family lives currently. There are also several couches as well as one comfortable double sofa-bed. The house also holds a nice and big garden. The front yard is nicely organised, where as the back yard has lemon trees (great with ouzo) and a perfect place to chill out after a hard day on the sea. There is also a big ground terrace with a dinning table where you could easily spend hours eating amid the beautiful sounds of birds and grasshoppers singing during day and night. One of the neighbors has a lovely rooster that also loves to sing for hours, what an amazing way to wake up in the morning! The parking lot is big enough for your car to be safely parked. Probably the only drawback is that there is no direct view of the sea, but this is nothing compared to the fact that there is no noise pollution around the house and the Gallikos Molos beach is literally 5 minutes away by foot. Even more, the city center and the port of Syvota are just 7 minutes away, still by foot. This also means you can have access to restaurants and food markets in just a coffee amount of time. What is more, the house is easily accessible by car and you don't have to struggle with the small streets in the city center. In that sense, it is quite simple to go around the seaside and visit other places in the area. I strongly recommend Parga for a day trip (just 30 minutes away by car). Also, the best beaches in the area (and also very close to Sivota) are Sun Bar - Dei beach, Gallikos Molos beach, Megali Ammos beach and Agia Paraskevi (my favorite). In the port of Syvota there are also daily trips to the islands close to Syvota (a must see) as well as to Paxos and Antipaxos, which are two very beautiful islands further away in the sea (a must see too). In overall, the town is great, has big and tasty restaurants (don't forget to ask for glyko at the end). If you love food, especially traditional Greek sweets, Nousias Bar is the place to be. I strongly recommend this maisonette. Hopefully, you'll get the chance to meet George's parents who are just lovely.
