Very high standards for Dushanbe. The apartment is spacious, clean, and comfortable. The balcony is large and has a great view. beds are comfy and host was extremely helpful and accommodating. highly recommend this place.

Umedjon’s place was exactly what we were looking for during our stay in Dushanbe. Great location and enjoyed the terrace.

It was the worst experience with host. We asked for earlier check in and this host said that it’s not problem and of course it’s possible. After arrival he started extort money (in amount for whole day) from us for this earlier checkin (he didn’t mentioned it during chat and even after we did checkin). Besides we entered that there will be 5 people, but he left only 2 towels with no shower gel/shampoo (there was only hand soap) and a small amount of toilet paper. Also we arrived with child and in listing we noticed that there will be cot and high chair, which is not true because nothing from it we didn’t find there. The host was always bothering us and even entered our apartment without waiting us to open the doors for him. In the end we noticed that we were settled in the different apartment (not as on photos) and we were forced to leave early in the morning because it was unsafe to stay there. About apartment: 1. One of the bathrooms stinks of sewerage, causing the bedroom to stink as well. 2. There was only one door in the shower, so it was impossible to make the shower hermetic, which made it really uncomfortable to wash there 3. There were many ants in the kitchen 4. Sudden water outage 5. We lost at least one day for making apartment a little bit colder because air conditioning doesn't work properly. Otherwise it's impossible to even breathe here because host will not check you into a prepared apartment
