A warm welcome to my page in Bataan! My name Joy and I am your host.having a hectic schedule and wanted a break for yourself, I understand the challenge of cultural difference, language barrier, when going to a different place or country and when you only have a limited time, efficiency of your surrounding is crucial. I am extensively travelled around the globe and like you, whether I travel for work or pleasure I look for a great location, affordability, comfort, great food, excellent service, above all safety. ****Please read the important information , pictures attached and description before making your reservation **** The house is centrally located in a quiet community, exclusive to residents and guest only, Five minutes walk to Vista Mall and highway, 10 minutes drive to a close-by hospital. Clark International Airport is 45 minutes to an hour drive, Subic is a similar distance, Rare traffic in these areas, The ferry ride from Manila to Orion port is 45 minutes and drops you off at Mall. Self check in and out at your convenience, drop off bags available subject to availability. Enjoy the comfort of the entire house, it is equipped with a small kitchen outside and safety amenities. Well secured community with cameras and 24 hours surveillance by security. Off street parking adjacent to property. Due to Covid restrictions pool is not available to use. I am looking forward to hosting you as our Guest! PLEASE READ IMPORTANT NOTES: Photo ID of all guest staying is mandatory to send thru email after confirmed reservation before arrival, Only guest listed is allowed in the property. The guest list and car plate number if any, are submitted to the property manager for compliance and guardhouse will be informed for entry, It eliminates double-checking and unnecessary delay at the gate. I only adhere to B n b payment policy and it is not negotiable. There is a jeep Parked in the car parking of the house, this is used for a guest request depends on the availability ( charges apply). Off street parking adjacent to house gate. Above ground pool in the property is not available due to covid restriction. House is well maintained and in great condition before your arrival, a damage deposit of PH 2,000 at your arrival to a deposit box with key code and will be reimbursed if there is no damage to the property at check out, If the damage is beyond the PH 2,000 to the property total amount of all expenses will be charged at your expense and will be reported to B n B. Although housekeeping is provided please be considerate to leave the house tidy, and be observant of house rules and safety so we can minimise cleaning cost, dry cleaning of curtains, due to sticking smell of rubbish, pest control charges and block draining charges, all this unnecessary cost can be eliminated and your coordination is very much appreciated. * Do not throw anything in the comfort room other than minimal tissue paper needed as it blocks drainage, if this happens, Bnb will be closed until the situation is rectified due to hazardous operational requirement. * If the kitchen is used please make sure that stove is wiped after use from oil residue, and no rubbish is left lying around to avoid pest before leaving, Stove and gas are closed for safety. There is a chiller small fridge inside the house. * All electricity are switched off. * If there is minor damage to the property please inform us ahead so we could organise ahead for repair prior to next guest.
