Welcome to our home. It gives me a great pleasure to be your host and I thank you in advance for the oportunity you are giving me to host you! My background is eastern European, originally moved to Chicago city (still my favorite) and moved to the Bay Area several years ago. I enjoy traveling and one thing I always look for to find when i book for myslef is the cleanines of the space. Therfore, it is important to me that when you book with us, you will come to a clean, comfortable and quiet home. Please note, our homes are smoke and pet free. (We do not allow smoking in the apartment and we don't allow pets in the apartment). We strive for improvement, your feedback is always welcome and we ensure we implement your suggestions. Please note, we don't provide daily room service (we don't do laundry, we don't make beds, we dont run errands for our guests), if this is your preference, these services will be provided to you for additional cost. Hosting has given me an opportunity to communcate with so many wonderful and intelligent people from all over the world, it has truly been a joy! I do appreciate guests who notify me when they are checked in and checked out and update me of any damages that occured during their stay, this avoids unpleasant surprises and inconveniences for my next guests. For example, if the lights are burned out, oven, microwave, dishwasher, iron not working, kitchen sink disposal, toilet, bathroom and bathtub drainage etc. Occasionally, I did come acros few surprises and I can't emphasize enough how important this is to me. One final thing, when booking and you have special requests, please message me in advance so I can work on accomodating you and avoid last minute hassles. For those of you who had the experience to stay with us, we thank you for being our guest and hope to see you again in the near future.
