My stay with Philip was good enough for my three night stay but there were a few things I would change. The check in could have been more detailed considering the nature of the apartment building, especially mentioning the elevator is not for use. Shower curtain was falling off of the wall and mentioned it would be fixed the next day and never was. Decent experience that was salvaged by the location.

It was a good apartment but it is a busy building and not very well insulated from street noise. The upstairs neighbours appeared to have had a birthday / celebration during my stay - however that was a one night party and otherwise it was reasonably quiet. The apartment is simple and serves its purpose. There was lots of bedding and towels - the washer dryer works well too. All in all a decent stay.
