Excellent stay at Colette's place. Nicely decorated with a comfortable bed. Great kitchen necessities with everything needed for cooking! We really enjoyed our stay and location for our intown travels. We did use Lyft and Uber per the OBI app for the short downtown destinations. The area is improving per a neighbor, there are homeless people around but they did not bother us. You do have to pay attention to the street parking rules and you will be fine. I would rate our stay at the top of our Airbnb travels, 7 stays around US, and would be #1 if she had a Kreuig coffee pot with pods. Thanks again Colette!

This was my first time visiting Baltimore. I decided to take my girlfriend on a surprise weekend getaway and we had both never been to Baltimore. I chose this listing because of all the glowing reviews (minus the most recent one). Upon arrival, neither of us were disappointed. It’s was exactly as pictured and described. We quickly learned how much of a fluke that most recent negative review was. This place was amazing. Extremely clean and organized. We both got an immediate “home-like” feel perfect for the romantic weekend I had planned. It truly is a “home away from home” as Colette described. She really takes pride in her place and her hosting which can be seen in every single detail. She left a binder with a few local take-out menus and a hand written message listing the rules and her personal phone number at which she could be reached if we needed anything. She even has all these cute little reminder notes posted throughout the unit. Colette provides EVERYTHING!! Everything from towels to shower gels, shampoo and conditioner, dishes, and dish soaps are all provided. She even had 2 bottles of water waiting for us in the fridge with my name on it. The privacy of the unit was also very nice. The private patio area and unit entrance are secured by a locked passcode protected gate. The little patio area was also very cozy and cute. The Airbnb is only about a 5-10 minute Uber/Lyft ride to the Inner Harbor. The unit is also walking distance from Babe Ruth’s birthplace museum and the gravesite of Edgar Allen Poe (for any baseball or literary fans). Overall, we had a great experience and hope to stay here again on our next visit. Thanks Colette!

Pictures were misleading. Very small space and subpar at best. If I was spending more that two nights, I would have canceled. Location is close to hospital, so sirens all night. Somewhat a transient area. Close to downtown, but not within walking distance to nice restaurants and attractions unless you are twenty and willing to do the hike.
