Me and my boys came to this location to have a small and quiet bachelor get together. The place on arrival was beautiful, clean and we definitely appreciated the welcome basket that was left of us. The neighborhood is great, close to a lot of good places within walking distance. I would recommended this stay a 1000 times. Thank you so much Samantha.

My friends and I had the most wonderful experience staying in Samantha’s home! It is just steps away from the beach and has that charming, cozy beach house vibe that made us feel right at home. It is the perfect place for bonding with friends/family and making memories you’ll never forget. Samantha was so kind and accommodating and even left us a welcome gift basket which which was so unexpected and sweet! We couldn’t have asked for a better place to reconnect and bond as friends and hope to make this our yearly friend getaway space!☺️

Samantha was accommodating to my family and I. The beach was several steps away and loved every moment of it. Our trip here to Maine was amazing ! I am very pleased with the decision we made. Thank you for hosting our stay!

Our stay at Samantha’s place was exactly what we were looking for, for our party of 15! We all fit comfortably in the split house and enjoyed that both levels had double kitchens and living rooms. The main areas were nicely air conditioned to maintain a comfortable temperature, while the bedrooms had fans to stay cool. The kitchens were well equipped with appliances that also accommodated our large party. The house included a washer and dryer, which was a nice addition to keeping our party clean! Not only was the house clean and what we were looking for on the inside, but its location was ideal for a beach vacation. The proximity was close to the beach, making the walk to the water with kids, manageable. It was also about a mile to the pier and downtown areas. Lastly, the yard was sand filled, which allowed the kids to have continued beach fun at the house that can be viewed from the second tiered deck. What a great stay and find! The quick walk up from the beach was such a plus!

We had a very nice time staying here. The house worked out great for my family of 5 adults and 5 teenagers. Located so close to the beach made it so easy for everyone to come and go as they pleased. Unfortunately, the weather didn’t cooperate the week we were there, so we weren’t able to take advantage of the proximity to the beach as much as we would have liked. It’s close enough to the pier that we were able to ride our bikes there, which was nice. The house was clean and had all of the amenities we needed. A great experience and we would definitely stay there again!
