Spend the evening enjoying your favorite beverage as the sun sets over the Continental Divide. An easy drive to hiking and climbing trails, fishing, 4x4 trails, mountain biking, Breckenridge for skiing, shopping and dinning and just minutes to Alma! This is Colorado living at its best! Pictures cannot do this place justice, the view are really spectacular and the location is perfect for any outdoor excursion and have this beautiful and accommodating base camp

Very nice place! Great views! We felt right at home!
Absolutely loved this cabin. The pictures do not do it justice. Note, you will need 4x4 or AWD in snowy months but it's not a huge concern. The hot tub and the landscape was incredible. My families favorite trip ever.

Wonderful Location and views.
A very private place, perfect for a getaway. We loved the decor. Everything was matching and beautiful. During our stay, it snowed and we enjoyed the views from every window. It is a perfect spot to enjoy some snow. Our favorite part was the hot tub!

Placer Valley is a secluded subdivision with 2-3 acre parcels. This property is built on the side of the mountain that provides views with trees, mountains, and valleys. Driveways are in mountainous and sloped terrain. This property provides excellent privacy and seclusion for your stay.
The property is accessed by well maintained dirt roads, winter access (Oct-May) may require 4wd or Awd vehicles with winter tires and/or tire chains or cables.
