The house is beautiful and in a great spot, easily walk to the beach or the rock pool nearby and very close to shops when needed - house is a great place for a group of people, felt close but had plenty of space to feel comfortable

The home was beautifully appointed. The kitchen had absolutely everything you would need including tea and coffee pods to get you started, oils, s &p, sugar. Oven was spotless. Plenty of glassware, cutlery and crockery. Laundry powder. The owner has done a wonderful job with making it a home away from home. Beautiful. Downside absolutely no internet for the week we were there and after msging the agents was told it was due to the huge volume of holiday makers. Unfortunately this is not how wifi works and no attempt was made to address the modem issue. I turned modem off and on but to no avail. Really not good enough when wifi is offered. We were not aware there was a second smaller rental on the property and after reading a review about noise 2 days before our arrival, I emailed and msged agents with no reply. We had a noisy group come in on the 28/12-1/1 and had to accept the noise until midnight 2 nights and 1am another. Their deck area shared a common wall with our 4 bedrooms.

This place is lovely. We visited with 3 small families totalling 9 people including kids. We were firstly delighted with the location. It is a short walk to a beach and a whale watching point. We had ample space for everyone - 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms and an attic with 4 beds. The attic with 4 beds was great too. The kitchen, living room and bathrooms were super clean and great too. We loved visiting this place and will definitely return !

This property suited us perfectly for our family reunion. We have been coming to Boat Harbour for 38 years and love the location. The house is perfectly situated between Boat Harbour and Kingsley Beaches and we love the National Park walks in the area. We had all we needed in the way of kitchen equipment for cooking for our families and everything felt clean, beds comfortable and everything in good condition. What we hadn’t planned for was the noise coming from the sister property rented out at the back of the house. The loud talking until past 3 am on two of our three night stay kept a few of us awake which spoilt the next days and this was disappointing. I would certainly recommend this property to family and friends.
