Our stay at Waterloo was outstanding. It's the perfect location for a winter get away with friends. Waterloo Station is a whole vibe. Historical and preserved, yet wild, rustic & carefree. A perfect escape, a place to hibernate and just forget about life for awhile. Our days were filled with sitting around the open fire, baking in the farm kitchen, catching up over good food and wine, walks around the property, exploring and trout fishing. Debbie is an amazing host. She was very attentive and has an approachable nature. Debbie's storytelling and sharing of Waterloo prompts a connection to rural life and history. Her positive and practical involvement really added to the experience and brings something very special. The whole experience was so enjoyable and we loved the way that we were invited to share in a part of the world that is steeped in history and encouraged to explore and connect to farming and nature. The way the buildings have been respectfully resurrected, renovated and preserved is next level. Deb's eye for detail and styling of each dwelling is creative and perfectly themed and suited to its purpose. We would definitely love to visit again.

Fabulous facilities in a great location. Perfect for a quiet family getaway over New Year’s. Kids and adults all had a great time. Rooms very comfortable, kitchen well appointed and all super peaceful. Deb and Don are great hosts and communicate really well. Fully recommend.

A beautiful space for families to gather, we had a lovely time at the shearer’s quarters. It is an incredibly beautifully restored building and super cosy for a winter break with a very effective open fire, a fabulous fully equipped kitchen and very cosy rooms, each with own bathroom. Super comfy beds, beautifully furnished with lovely products, we felt spoilt.
