Duplex is really nice, good terrace and nice view. Neighbourhood is okay but not amazing. Not too far from city centre and Aurelien does a really good job with everything available in the flat.

Aurelien is a very nice person and cares about his place and guests. We enjoyed having enough room to be able to spread out since we were there for a week. The view from the apartment made us feel like we were on vacation even when we were inside! When the weather is better I'm sure it is great to hang out on the terrace. The apartment is well equipped for cooking and there is a SPAR grocery store (in addition to multiple restaurants) a short walk away. The neighborhood itself seems to be in a bit of transition, but with people coming and going from the train station it always felt safe.

Nous utilisons fréquemment Airbnb et Aurélien remporte la palme de l'accueil et de la gentillesse. Notre hôte a été très accueillant et réactif. Le logement, en duplex, est en très bon état et très propre. Le linge de lit et les serviettes étaient impeccables. Le logement, au cinquième étage avec ascenseur, dispose d'une place de parking (ce qui est très appréciable à Bordeaux) Un très agréable balcon terrasse doté d'un salon et d'une table permet de profiter de la vue sur la ville. L'appartement est très bien situé avec les transports en communs au pied de celui-ci (tram et bus) Nous y retournerons avec grand plaisir.

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay albeit only one night. the terrace was really amazing w an incredible view. just a short walk away were so many places to eat. had great time and would return there

Aurelién siempre estuvo al pendiente de nosotros. Cuando le comenté que nuestro tren llegaría temprano, hizo lo posible para poder recibirnos antes en la propiedad y que no tuvieramos ningún inconveniente. Nuestra recepción fue eficiente y sencilla, sin contratiempos. Nos explicaron cómo funcionaba el departamento, los servicios con los que contaba y las reglas. Aurelíen y John siempre estuvieron al pendiente de que no se nos ofreciera nada, no solo el día que llegamos sino durante toda nuestra estancia. . La propiedad es increíble, las habitaciones son cómodas, los baños están limpios y cuentan con todas las amenidades. Además tiene un segundo piso con una sala de televisión, cocina, una pequeña mesa comedor y una terraza con una increíble vista a Burdeos. Definitivamente lo recomiendo y me volvería a hospedar sin dudarlo.
