O espaço estava conforme apresentado nas imagens de divulgação. Cozinha com tudo impecável. Tem uma boa localização com vista para o mar. Apenas tínhamos disponível uma toalha por pessoa para estadia de uma semana.

Die Wohnung war genau so wie erwartet und ist für eine Person, die ein Studio mit Balkon sucht super geeignet. Daher kann ich die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Am Ende meines Aufenthalts gab es leider Bauarbeiten am Haus, über die Carolina nicht informiert wurde. Sie hat sich sofort bei dem Eigentümer des Hauses darüber erkundigt und eine sehr zufriedenstellend Lösung gefunden. Danke nochmal an Carolina, sie war ein super Host!

The location is great if you surf. Great view of the ocean and easy to access. Unfortunately when I arrived the WiFi name listed on the site wasn’t the one that showed on your phone, so had to get that sorted. Secondly, I did not have hot water for 2.5 days. While I did get a 30% reimbursement for 2 days, I don’t see that as a real feat since Airbnb policy would have converted that amount and the management company did not offer it to me, I had to request several times for compensation and response time for this issue and maintenance crew was spotty and not prompt or efficient. Lastly, I received a text advising the cleaning crew would arrive at 0600 and that I was to let them in, while check out was 1100. I did not comply with this request and advised the management company I would not depart at 0600. It’s my first time renting from a management company who controls Airbnb’s and perhaps that’s why I ran into the problems I did, but I wouldn’t stay there again upon my return.
