We've rent the place for a family occasion, 19 people and there was plenty space! Beds were comfortable, there was 1 bathroom for 1 or 2 rooms. The host was always reachable. The pool had enough sun beds for everyone, moreover a help came to clean the pool every 2 days. Would definitely come there again and we have wonderful memories from our stay :)

Amazing villa spacious and fully equipped and very accomodating host 100% recommended. At least one Car recommended for shopping and other trips. TOPS

I visited Carlotta’s house in the Summer with my family (husband and 2 kids) and 2 other families with a total of 7 kids and it was utterly delightful!!! The house was large and there were multiple bathrooms and toilets for everyone. We all slept comfortably and had a truly wonderful time. George welcomed us so warmly and was highly attentive and responsive to all our needs- it was quite amazing. The pool was a particular highlight. It was cleaned regularly and was surrounded by multiple chairs and deck chairs. Both adults and children had were very happy. I really recommend this place.

As a family we had a lovely time in this Villa. The space and surroundings were perfect for all 15 of us. The outdoor eating area was large and comfortable . There is even an outdoor gas barbecue that we used several times. The kitchen is well supplied with plenty of cooking utensils and pots and pans in all sizes. The swimming pool is large and clean with plenty of seating area. I highly recommend this Villa for your holiday. It was a truly memorable experience. We would gladly go back again.
