It started with proactive communication by the owners including a phone call and a few texts. All of which were very helpful since I was coming from out of the state. The directions were clear and easy to follow while also not being cumbersome. The place itself was immaculate inside. I'm not sure when they remodeled the place but it appears brand new, no wear and tear was noticeable by me anywhere. 2 huge living rooms and open kitchen make the place feel very large. The separation of the bedrooms also helps keep it quiet with a full house. The proximity to the water, the fire pit, numerous covered and uncovered outside patios, and the well kept property will get me to return again with more of my family in the summer. It ended with a very nice follow-up from the owners. This visit was March 2024.

Had a wonderful family thanksgiving at this lake house! Fully stocked kitchen, tons of room for games and family activities on top of the beautiful lake view.

Evolve was helpful when we had to rebook; I did have to call directly because I didn't get an initial response through Airbnb. Which was fine because they were great to talk to and immediately able to solve our challenge. When it came down to technical things, the owners were quick to follow up. All you could ask for in a family getaway.
