This place is amazing!! The sledding hill out the back sliding door is the highlight for the kids. When we get tired, we can sit inside with coffee and still supervise them from the couch. This place is well appointed and has all that we need! Thanks for another great stay - it’s our go to spot in Truckee.

This was a great place for a 2 family ski trip for so many reasons: The close location to Tahoe Donner was very convenient, and the entryway storage area for skis was GREAT. It even had drying stations for gloves and boots. Each bedroom has its own bathroom which really helped when you have 2 families, and the books and toys entertained the kids the whole time. As other reviewers have noted, the kids/bunk room is on the dark side and can be much colder than the rest of the house, but we found it manageable and it wasn't an issue for us.

Can not say enough good things about this location. Great location for my group that was on a ski trip, good check instruction, fully stocked kitchen and overall just beautiful place to stay. The hosts were always checking in on us, giving us updates about snow plowing and were responsive to questions. We definitely will have this place on the list when we book again next year

Great house owner with clear and pre communications. Great flow plan with each bedroom has its own bathroom,provided better privacy and convenience. A lot cooking tool available for people who love to cook by yourself. Many books/toys for kids to enjoy. Convenient location to access many ski resorts around the Donner lake.
