The good points were that the apartment was very clean and the location is very close to Metro. Unfortunately, the key retrieval is complicated and cumbersome and there are extra keys which are not labeled making me try all the keys on the entry door. I expected my apartment to be in working condition; However, I encountered issues with the shower not draining water. When I reported the issue to Home Hotel Management, they asked me to come back to the apartment to let maintenance in because there is only ONE key to the apartment. When I told them, I have left for the day and far away from the Apartment, they wanted to me to meet some unknown maintenance man at Duomo subway station to hand over the keys to the Apartment so they can go in to fix the issue. I was not going to change my itinerary to meet some unknown man to pass over my apartment keys. So, the shower drainage issue was never fixed during my stay. The hole in the door is a privacy and safety issue they need to fix.

Home is a place where you can rest if you are in transit through Milano. The space is relatively small but the facilities are good. It is a clean place, close to the metro station. I had good communication with the owner.

We would not recommend this stay. Not an ideal location and the room is definitely not good value for money. There are 10 flights of stairs and the stairway is not lit. The room itself does not match the photos (it’s a small fold-out bed, not two single beds as pictured) and the space is tiny. There is a hole in the door through which people can see into the room (we tried to block the hole with paper!). The bed and pillows were uncomfortable and the space smelled of smoke. The only positives were: cleanliness and responsiveness of the host.

Perfect location. Very near to main metro line. Price/performance is ok. Small 1 room and small bathroom but enough for couple days. Little bit dusty but sheets and towels were clean.
