Clean spot, close to the center of all the action in Galway! Host responsive to all needs. Would definitely recommend.

Hotel is on a busy street. Parking was our first issue. After figuring out where the parking garage was, I ran inside and thru a maze of stairs/turns to find front desk. Our apartment was up, down, right, left and then up a little more (lots of stairs)…with kids and luggage, difficult to manage. We checked in, staff was nice. We found apartment and realized there was no hot water for shower. Called front desk and they ran over to explain the timer contraption in closet. For the shower, you need to understand the water heater’s ‘timer’ system. Shower fixed @ 9:30pm. We were woken up @ 6:30am to a loud truck, banging, and constuction workers arriving to continue the on-going work/maintenance within hotel. Unable to sleep, we left soonest-thereafter. Not a pleasant stay. We had other issues, but no need to pile on an already bad situation.
