The location of the place can't be beat you can walk to the city center and the the pub within a few minutes. The place itself is quite nice with updated facilities and the check-in was super easy. With a place that costs as much as this one did I have higher standards than for an average stay. A couple things I found lacking was the cleaning and soundproofing. There was hair behind doors in the bathrooms, some of the untensils weren't clean and there was a big rust ring beside the toilet from the toilet brush holder. The soundproofing between the floors was not great, we could hear every footstep from the room above us which actually caused some trouble sleeping as the tenants we're walking around until 4am. Finally, with paying over 400$ in cleaning fees, service fees and occupancy taxes & fees for 2 nights we were still expected to collect all the towels, strip the beds, put the sheets in the washer, wash all the dishes and take out the trash. I expect to wash the dishes but paying over 100$ for a cleaning fee, having to do a bunch of cleaning ourselves and have it not that clean when we arrived was disappointing. Overall the stay was good but I feel it was overpriced with very high fees (over 400$ for 2 nights) and didn't have the standards to match the price.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The location was perfect and the space offered a lot of natural light. Although we had a vehicle, it is is not necessary as there are many amenities available within walking distance. The patio view from the main room and the patio were lovely. We would most certainly stay here again.

This is in a great location. Everything is within walking distance. Nice roomy condo with great views from the deck.

Amazing location right close to town. We sailed in and the proximity to the marina was perfect. The unit was very well equipped, had a nice view of the water and communication around check-in was timely. Would definitely recommend and return.
