We were in 2 kids and 2 adults and the space worked perfectly to us. Close to the main attractions of Montreal, cozy, clean, warm, with basic amenities in the bathroom. A few things to consider: - It is possible to hear all noise from the upper floor, people talking and walking until late - The water storage of the shower is limited and after 2 bathtubs (my little kids and my husband), I unfortunately ended up with no hot water. Laury said that we should wait for 15 minutes, but the water did not normalize and was still cold, maybe advise the guest in advance about the limited water heating system - No extra bed clothes or pilows available, maybe upon request they would provide - Disher wash was out of service but the coffee machine, stove, microwave and the fridge were working normally. The apartment is great, and Laury was very kind and resourceful when I needed. I am sure that honest feedbacks make us improve and overcome guest expectations.

Stacy est une hôte réactive. Le logement était agréable, propre et identique à la description. Seul bémol des voisins du dessus légèrement bruyant. Parfait pour un premier séjour à Montréal !!

The appartment is very spacious and nice. No noise from the streets. You can hear the neighbours from time to time but it is still private. A good choice if you want a quiet place.
