We enjoyed a wonderful family holiday at Gianluca's apartment. The accommodation was true to the description and exceeded our expectations. It perfectly accommodated our family of 5. The apartment was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities that we needed. Gianluca was a superb host, and we really appreciated his flexibility with our early check-in. We felt at home immediately, and we really appreciated the thoughtful touches such as water, a beer, juice in the fridge left for us, and apples and coffee, too. Gianluca also gave us a great tour of the apartment and talked us through the local map and recommended places to visit. The apartment is located in a peaceful area, and it has a gorgeous balcony. It's next to the metro and a bus stop with quick access to Rimini Station. The beach is a short walk, too. We hired Lime bikes and used the cycle routes, and it was safe & easy. Lastly, we visited Lele's restaurant twice, which Gianluca recommended - the food & service was amazing!!!

In unserem Kurzurlaub in Rimini haben wir diese Unterkunft gewählt und waren sehr zufrieden mit allem. Es war sauber, groß genug, alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Der Gastgeber war sehr kommunikativ und freundlich. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Danke.

We had a great stay at Gianluca’s appartement. It was spacious, clean and well furnished. Gianluca was very accommodating and readily available to help. It was a wonderful stay overall

We were on holiday with a group of 6, so this apartment was very comfortable for all of us. It was clean, the host was kind, the location of the apartment was perfect (less than 5 min walk from sea and bus stops), the kitchen was well equipped. I can only recommend it.

Wir haben letztes Jahr schon in dieser Unterkunft Urlaub gemacht und würden uns jedes Jahr wieder dazu entscheiden! :)
