Roberto’s house is amazing! I would definitely recommend it to friends and family and hope to get back there myself. Roberto is very kind, thoughtful, and helpful. We had such a lovely stay in San Nicola Arcella because of this house and Roberto!

Nous avons eu le sentiment d’être logé dans le meilleur endroit de San Nicola, voire de la région ! Roberto est un hôte exceptionnel, plein d’attentions. Sa maison est encore plus belle que sur les photos, idéalement située, au calme, proche de la mer, avec une vue sublime. Nous sommes restés deux semaines, et nous avons pu profiter, avec notre fille de quatre ans, de San Nicola et ses délicieux restaurants (fa tu et il furano), des trois plages accessibles à pieds depuis la maison, du sublime Arco Magno, mais aussi, plus au nord, de Maratea, la spiaggia nera, lido mirto, et plus au nord sud de Diamante et de Belvedere Marittimo. Le clou du voyage ? Avoir loué un bateau à la demi-journée à Yellow beach (en face de l’île Dino). La réactivité de Roberto, sa gentillesse (un ami a pu nous rejoindre pour deux nuits, ce n’était pas prévu et il s’est occupé de tout sans nous faire payer de supplément) ont été un véritable luxe pour couronner des vacances parfaites. Nous reviendrons !

Roberto always responded quickly. The home felt like “home”! The view was gorgeous, better than the pics. Would recommend to my best friend.

We stayed for 6 nights at Roberto’s property in September. The weather was perfect, not too hot and the area was nice and quiet. Lots of great restaurants available in San Nicola Arcella and the neighbouring Scalea. The house has all the amenities you need with the outside shower especially great when returning from the beach. The view from the balcony is breathtaking and the house is just a short walk to a lovely beach. We spent many hours just relaxing on the balcony taking in the view. Roberto is the perfect host with fantastic communication, great advice and detailed instructions on every aspect of the property. I can’t praise him enough. Especially helpful given that our flight into Naples was delayed and meant that we missed picking up our hire car and so missed staying in the property on the first night. He constantly kept in touch during our journey and even offered an extra night for the night we missed. We highly recommend both Roberto and his property and hope to stay again in the future.

This is a top-notch place. We were very happy here, with the million-dollar view, the attentiveness of Roberto, and all the lovely people in San Nicola Arcella. The house was very comfortable and had enough pots and pans and dishes to feed an army. The outside shower is what everyone wants to have at the beach, and it’s terrific to have a beach close enough to walk to. In September it’s very peaceful. Last year, we were in Cinque Terra, and there were just way too many people to enjoy it. Here there were just the right number — lots of kids with their extended families, mothers, fathers, aunts, uncles, and grandparents. Roberto kindly arranged a very reasonable sunset cruise with Daniele, who thoughtfully brought along a friend who spoke fluent English. It was a glorious evening. We will definitely be coming back here and hope to be able to share it with more of our family. Thanks Roberto, your kindness and professionalism will be remembered.
