It was lovely staying at Kon's place. It's a beautiful house and so so clean and well looked after. If you know what London houses are like, you know how rare that is. He was extremely friendly throughout the stay and made me feel very welcome. Transportation's also been amazing with the Elizabeth line taking you to central London in no time.

Kon is truly one-of-a-kind. From the beginning of my stay, I felt welcomed and safe, which was very reassuring, as it was my first time living away and out of home. Kon's beautiful place, located in London's east, was priced amazingly for its location in comparison to a lot of the other properties advertised on Airbnb. I highly recommend staying with Kon if you are in your 20s or a student, as he is bubbly and fun while also being very respectful and conscious of your privacy and space. If you respect the house rules and keep the shared spaces clean, you are sure to have the most amazing stay with Kon.

Very cozy home, close to Elizabeth and Central line stations (15-20 min walk), lots of shops and restaurants nearby, relaxed neighborhood with plenty of young families (seemed safe and friendly). Konstaninos was very kind and insisted on doing my laundry for me both times, very responsive host, plenty of recommendations for the area and London more generally!

Kon is a very kind, considerate and thoughtful person. I am a full-time postgraduate student, who was on the lookout for a short-term stay in London. I stayed at Kon's place for 3 months and must say that stumbling on Kon's place was the best thing that happened to me. Not only is he a very chill and peaceful person to live with, but he's also someone who directly communicates with you if there's anything to talk about. I felt at home at Kon's place from day one. Looking back, I had a great stay in London. I made great friends, including Kon, and also got a sneak peek into his creative profession at times. All in all, I can only recommend Kon's place to anyone who wants to live in London for a short/long time period and make a great friend. 3 months for me was definitely too short, and I am already looking forward to come back one day.
