JJ was there to greet us and give us a tour of the area we were staying in which I thought was great. The entire area was clean and spotless and she had everything we needed as far as snacks, cleaning supplies, and dogs. Very affordable for me and my group as well. Overall a wonderful stay. Definitely looking to visit again sometime.

Jj’s place was very accommodating. There were plenty amenities to go around and we didn’t have to scramble to go to the store for things we may have forgotten because she has it all and more! The location was perfect and it wasn’t difficult at all to locate her place especially with all the signs she put up. The alpacas were so cute and the fur babies even more adorable! All in all, I highly recommend her place to anyone and we will most likely stay here again the next time we come back. If there is a recommendation you’re looking for to help you decide, this one is it!

I really liked our stay at Jj's place. It's far enough from the highway so it was quiet and dark at night. There was enough space for 4 adults to be comfortable. The beds were comfortable and it was nice to have privacy between the 2 sleeping spaces. We liked there was a kitchenette with a good selection of dishes and flatware, a nice sized toaster oven to heat up food, and a burner to heat water for tea. There's a picnic table with umbrella just outside the entrance and it was nice to sit outside and enjoy the morning sun. Jj's was not too far from the places we wanted to go both in the mountains and in Denver. We saw a concert at Red Rocks and Jj's was close with convenient access. We would definitely stay there again for a similar trip: hiking, trips to the city, and seeing a concert at Red Rocks!
