The Airbnb was not ready at 3 - cleaners weren't aware I was coming and had been trying to contact Morgan all day. After I booked, Morgan stated previous person smoked and stated it would be taken care of, but the smoke smell was still present along with a very strong perfume/chemical smell. I informed Morgan and her response was for me to keep windows open. I tried for a few days, but still had headaches and smell was in all my clothes. Morgan passed me onto Airbnb Support instead of resolving with me directly. Other things to note: sticky doors and cabinets, stains on couch, no place to store shower stuff, low shower pressure, no curtains on top half of windows resulting in less privacy.

Charge me a lot, location was very small also got told I had to pay more because utilities was going up. Got accused for something I didn’t commit.

Clean, comfortable, cozy, and just a short walk to the beach. Morgan is a wonderful host, communicative and proactive.

This was our second stay at Morgan's place. In the 5 years since we had been - she upgraded a lot of the home, which made it feel even more like home. My kids and dogs acclimated quickly and felt right at home. The beach is great, and this time around we explored the area more. a 15-20 minute ride to Milton had a mall and tons of chain restaurants. Local to the house, we checked out the Rib House on Main St. Super cozy atmosphere, great waitresses who you can tell have been there a long time - and the food was INCREDIBLE. The kids didn't want to leave when the time came, and honestly, neither did my wife and I. That you Morgan, for again providing us a much needed end of summer getaway!

Morgan's home is absolutely beautiful. We stayed there for the week of Christmas and the New Year. We grew up in the area and were home for the holidays. We travel with our dog and It's hard to find clean pet-friendly hotels in the area. The fenced-in backyard was perfect for our min pin! The neighborhood is safe, quiet and just a really cute little shoreline area. We hosted Christmas brunch for my family. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and clean up easily. The beds were comfortable with plenty of blankets and pillows. The bathroom has a nice deep tub with Epsom salts provided and plenty of towels. Morgan was very thoughtful as well. She had beautiful decorations up for Christmas. When we asked about hosting brunch, she even put up a Christmas tree for our celebration. We had a great time, in a great place. We hope we get to enjoy it again in the summer months.
