Ein wunderbares Haus mit herrlichem Ausblick. Das Haus ist sehr gut eingerichtet und hat eine wunderschöne Gartenanlage, einen Pool und auch sonst viel Platz für viele Personen (wir waren drei Familien (6 E/8K)). Im Umkreis von einer halben Stunde Fahrzeit finden sich viele schöne Buchten und Sandstrände, Olbia ist in 20 Minuten zu erreichen. Leider war im Oktober bereits vieles schon geschlossen. Wir haben die Woche - trotz einiger Regentage - sehr genossen.

The villa is absolutely beautiful with a stunning view across the sea and local bays. You are a short 10-minute walk into the centre of town, where there is an abundance of shops (markets!) and restaurants. There is a great little supermarket in the town called Market Il Molo - for sizable grocery shops, they are happy to deliver the shopping directly to the villa, which was extremely useful. The walk to the closest bay is about 10 minutes and you can see this from the villa itself. Every room is a great size with an ensuite/private bathroom. There is aircon (which works very well) throughout the villa for those extra hot days! There is ample parking - we had 3 cars, but we could have parked another 3 easily. You are provided with both bath and beach towels, so there is no need to pack your own. The only thing the villa didn't provide was shampoo, conditioner, body wash - but more importantly, there was no handsoap in any of the bathrooms, so we had to quickly run out and buy our own. Information for check-in was meant to be shared 3 days beforehand, but this didn't happen and we needed to proactively reach out to Airbnb support ourselves the day before. They quickly shared the details of the host and once we had a Whatsapp chat going, they were very responsive. We even locked ourselves out of one room and the host arrived within 10 minutes to assist! A heads up!! Just beware of the additional charges at the end of the stay. In the house rules, they state you need to pay for water, electricity, and gas. The rates are pretty high and we were stung with a 550 Euro fee at the end for 10 people. They tried to charge an additional 400 Euro fee on top of this for cleaning, but this should be included when booking through Airbnb. Overall, I would definitely stay again! The villa itself was gorgeous, with plenty of room for accommodating 10 of us plus a toddler!
