The host was professional and very responsive. It was a nice, safe, quiet neighborhood. We stayed with children and the place met with what we needed. It was a great stay!

Great weekend getaway!! Robert was an excellent host- he checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed, the place was clean & organized. Easy walk into downtown Kennebunk, walkable restaurants/shops/ cafes.

Very pleasant and relaxing place, just a short, peaceful, stroll into town. The southern coast of Maine attracts lots of tourists, but staying here you can get a feel of what a Kennebunk neighborhood is like. Pretend you're a local.

Robert was great & so was his space overall. It was bigger than pictures made it look with plenty of room to spread out with 3 adults, 3 teens and a toddler. It was clean & centrally located. Plenty of super soft blankets & lots of pillows. I only have 2 minor things to mention- all essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, etc) were provided EXCEPT hand soap in the bathroom which was a little inconvenient after 4 hours in car. Luckily the dispenser in the kitchen had it so we just washed hands there until I could get to store. Not a big deal, but figured I would mention it so people know to bring their own. The only other thing is that bathroom has a beautiful claw foot tub with clear shower curtain but no window curtain and a view to neighbors house/yard. It made showering at night unsettling as a female because the window is chest level when you are standing in tub & you can’t see if anyone is outside looking in. I would recommend changing the color of shower curtain.

Robert was a great host for our girls weekend! He had a binder put together with recommendations for restaurants and activities in the area. Everything was clean and in great working order! Couldn’t have asked for a better space! 10/10 would recommend! Added bonus that you can walk to the farmers market down the street!
