We loved our stay in Bajos del Toro. Karen’s place is exactly as pictured - the cabin is stunning and pristine, with beautiful patios and nature views from every room. We loved falling asleep to the sounds of the birds and river. The short walk to the river for swimming did not disappoint! And we loved the location- cute little town with restaurants and so many waterfalls and stunning rainforest hiking all just minutes away. Would absolutely love to come back here again!

I highly recommend this place is you want to be close to beautiful waterfalls. The home is very modern and has all the amenities you will need including a one unit washer/dryer, very convenient after waterfalls trips. Both hostess Karen and Kevin were very attentive and fast to respond. The recommendations they gave me before arriving were very useful. Also, they provided a complementary bottle of wine. I really loved Karen's place. The location is great, the villa itself was very clean and beautiful. She helped us with everything we needed. I would definitely recommend to come here if you are looking for beauty, quietness, and be in the center of Bajos Del Toro, only a few minutes away from all the famous waterfalls.

The stay exceeded my expectations! Even more beautiful in person. The hosts are INCREDIBLE. So friendly, warm and great communication. They checked in on us frequently, helped us to feel more comfortable and were such lovely people. The location is stunning and the private access to the river just tops it off. Surrounded by the beautiful Costa Rican mountains, I rate it a 10/10. Definitely recommend staying here! And there’s so many waterfalls and landscapes to see nearby. Would come back here again
