Laura is an amazing host and was very proactive, even helping remind me of days the trash and recycling are picked up so I did not miss out. The home is amazing and much better even then photos. The location is incredible being just 1 or 2 blocks walk to the boardwalk and its really pretty and peaceful. Never crowded so you can always get the feel of walking by water and hearing nothing but the waves.. The host has done an amazing job of stocking the home with the best kitchen appliances, great coffees, spices, cleaning materials, to make staying there turnkey. This is one of the best places to stay on AirBnb and Laura is a dream host!

The property has a lovely furnished deck and comfortable yard, and is located just a few blocks from a charming boardwalk in quiet Island Heights. The kitchen is well-outfitted and the living area is spacious. The furnishings are vintage with lots of pillows and knick-knacks. The internet is fast and reliable. Laura was responsive and provided a generous amount of supplies.

Laura was a great host and very matter-of -fact about the property. It is an older quirky home with character. She was able to quickly remediate a wifi outage remotely & was readily available if we had questions. Island Heights was a very relaxing & peaceful location. Just what we were looking for.

Lovely town, easy morning walks to the river promenade and 10-minute ride to the ocean and all its surrounding attractions.
