This was a lovely apartment and so close to everything. My only concerns are the comfort of the bed and the amenities in the kitchen. We couldn’t wash up or use the dishwasher. I would have liked a response from Fragola to my concern but did not receive one until checkout. Apart from that we really enjoyed our stay and the balcony was a bonus.

The apartment is just like the photos if not better. Situated just two streets away from the main square it still managed to remain peaceful and private which worked out perfectly for us as we hadn’t realised there was a marathon taking place during our stay. Immaculately clean with just the right amount of decor and free of clutter. We were just a short 2 minute walk from the tram stop and pickup point for the Auschwitz-Birkenau Tour and the Salt Mines Tour. Everything was very accessible and easy to find and the host was very friendly and proactive sending informative messages regarding tour bookings etc. We completely lucked out with the weather during our stay and made use of the air conditioning in the apartment which was very helpful and the incredibly large, spacious balcony! We adored Krakow and will most definitely be back to explore further and will be using Fragola Apartments once again as we honestly could not fault it. Great space, great location, great host, honest 10/10

Gorgeous apartment with a lovely outdoor space. Steps from the main square. Smooth check in, and everything worked and was as described. Highly recommend.

The apartment was great, exactly as described, immaculate, beautiful view and location. The building is very well-kept as well. The only improvement needed is service, multiple people respond to your request, and sometimes they can be inconsiderate to easy requests. Perhaps I'm a bit spoiled by previous experiences. I would stay here again. Overall it was a great stay.

Great location on quiet street a very short walk to the main square (and totally walkable from the main train station) Krakow is full of many affordable lodgings, and whisk Fragola apartments is a little pricier than the median, the apartment was spacious and clean compared to other AirBnBs where my family stayed. The property managers are responsive during business hours, and you can keep your baggage at their office off of the main square during business hours before or after check in/out.
