Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche in der Villa Selene! Der Ausblick vom Grundstück ist unfassbar schön und das Haus ist optimal ausgestattet und modern. Der Gastgeber Andreas war super nett und hat uns viele Tipps für die Umgebung mitgegeben. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und würden gerne wiederkommen ☺️

This country house is located conveniently to Pesaro, it’s surrounding towns and beaches. The position on top of a hill gives the villa a big view and beautiful, colorful sunset panoramas. Be aware that the 2.5km road to the house is very, very narrow. A camper or truck could be a huge inconvenience. Overall the house is very spacious and the bedrooms comfortable. The only compromise is that two of the three upstairs bedrooms share a separate bath, while the downstairs sleeping area requires a trip across the living room to get to the bathroom. The kitchen is huge and well equipped, even having two large refrigerators. The large property has plenty of flat and grassy area for playing or sunbathing. The above ground pool was the only amenity that was slightly disappointing. It is an unheated system, so probably best used only in the warmest months, in mid-May it was too cold. Otherwise, everything met my expectations: A good choice.

The villa is located very nicely on a hill with a great view over Pesaro. The house itself is great with modern furniture and especially a lovely kitchen. Andrea was super helpful and easy to communicate with. All in all, great accommodation!

La villa est superbe, spacieuse, avec une vue incroyable et bien entretenue, un havre de paix ! L’emplacement au calme est idéal et l’accueil par Andrea est incroyablement chaleureux et sympathique…. Andrea, ne changez rien ! Pour la communication avec DH, excellente avant le séjour, Rien a redire ! La grande déception vient de la piscine, (raison de mes seulement 3 étoiles…) en effet la location prévoyait une piscine qui a été inutilisable sauf le dernier jour car l’eau était verte, quel dommage surtout que nous avions choisi cette villa pour cette raison ! Nous aurions apprécié qu’elle soit changée plus vite !
