Wonderful stay! Everything was pristine, exactly as described, so peaceful and within just a few steps from beach access. Mike was so kind and responsive and Kelly, the property manager, was so helpful and nice. We will definitely be back!

We couldn't have been happier with our stay at Mike's place. Everything was top notch, the lodging, the area, and the host. Kelly, the property manager, was also such a great person. She had everything perfect for our stay and was always there for questions or to recommend places to go. They all did their best to make us feel right at home, like it was our very own place. Nice touches with the snacks and the wine. Wonderful that we didn't need to bring anything from home, everything we needed was there for our use. Very clean and nicely decorated. Communication was great throughout the whole process. We hope to come back again!

We had a great stay at Over the Dunes Studio! Everything was just perfect. Mike was quick with responses. As was Kelly, she was also very gracious and helpful with all our needs. We will def try to visit again in the near future. :)
