Our stay was wonderful. The views of the surrounding valley and mountains especially at sunrise and sunset are stunning. The accommodation is exceptionally well maintained and presented and very comfortable and quiet. If you want to getaway and do nothing, this is the place. (Although we used it as a base to go gravel bike riding in Moyhu and Whitfield). Phil was the perfect balance of ‘there and/or available’ without being in any way intrusive. Spacious bathroom and bedroom. The kitchen has all the utensils you need. Bar size fridge and freezer is fine for 1-3 days but you may be tight on space for a longer stay.

Such a friendly welcome and check in. Easy to find and was absolutely beautiful. Tennis court was a fun little bonus. Clean, intimate and homely. Don't get me started on the incredible views!! Highly recommend and will hopefully be back in the near future.

We had a lovely stay at The Garden House, and the communication for check in instructions were very prompt. very quick responses to our questions and also very accommodating when we were asking about an iron. Beautiful grounds, with many animal sightings and very peaceful location, and the house had everything we needed for the weekend.

We stayed at the Garden House for two nights, the basket of treats on arrival was a lovely touch and Michelle was such a wonderful and welcoming host. Very easy to deal with before arriving and also for receiving some local tips from both Michelle and Connie. We had some issues with the wifi but Michelle was able to resolve these very quickly. I can't say enough about the view from the swings overlooking the valley, simply spectacular. It's the perfect spot for a nice relaxing stay.
