We enjoyed our stay at the apartment which is in a great location with lovely views, however, the apartment would benefit from a little updating including sun awning on the balcony. It’s in an excellent location easy walking to all the bars and restaurants and benefits from an underground parking space.

This place is an absolute gem! The entire experience was fantastic. The friendly staff at Duquesa Estates were very welcoming and even offered to give us a lift with our bags. The apartment was easy to find and the perfect location! The sea views were stunning and the balcony running the length of the apartment was sunny all day. Walk out the front door and onto the marina in less than a minute. The apartment itself was pristine, with everything you would expect to find, plus the added bonus of Wi-Fi and air conditioning. There is also underground parking. The marina is busy and bustling, but you actually cannot hear it from the apartment. In fact, we slept with the doors open every night and the loudest sound was the waves from the sea. This place was an absolute bargain and we hope they will have us again next year. Thank you Duquesa Estates for making this holiday one of most pleasurable ones we have had! Can't wait to come back. Damian and Ann.

Apartment is as shown in the photos. Balcony runs the length of the apartment and is in the sun most of the day. Views over adjoining properties and other to the sea. Conceige was very helpful and pleasant. Very nice stay

Very nice appartment, as shown. Lovely view. Sun all day, with sunrise and sunset. Fully equiped. Nice seaview;-)
