Overall, my group had a great experience at this rental property. Lots of amenities, great communication, decent location, amazing views. My only complaint would be the long list of “check out duties.” I felt like the cleaning fee should cover stripping the beds, sorting towels for the host, and taking care of the trash situation. We were happy to take the trash out to the trash bins outside; however, we were inconvenienced by having to take multiple trash bags with us upon leaving so that we did not get charged $25 per bag for anything that didn’t fit into the trash bins outside. We had 13 guests in the house, so fitting everything into two bins was not going to work for us unfortunately. Probably would be fine for smaller groups! Additionally, it felt uncomfortable that there was a tip envelope for the cleaner. Running an Airbnb is a business and I do believe it should be the host’s responsibility to compensate your cleaner fairly. All that being said, I would consider booking again.

The Crestview was fantastic. This is hands down the best equipped Airbnb I have rented out of 20+. High quality everything in the kitchen. The grill is superb. The outdoor table is huge and made for a memorable dinner. The beds were very comfortable, and there is so much space. This is a perfect location for a group, and you will not feel like you are on top of each other. Plus there is so much to entertain. Fusball, ping pong, hot tub. The Crestview is impeccably maintained and spotless. Highly recommended for a memorable, comfortable trip.

awesome place. had a fantastic stay. there was some concern about one corner of the balcony being slanted and the railings being loose in some spots, but the management said someone would be out to inspect the areas of concern as soon as we finished our stay. however, after thinking about it, the concrete below was also cracked in a way that makes me think erosion of the ground below caused the balcony issues. that aside, the house is great, plenty of activities including ping pong, Foosball, giant Jenga, and a cabinet full of board games/puzzles. with the lake right near by, there's plenty to do here.

Enjoyed our stay. Beds were comfortable, hot tub was warm, good location for enjoying local activities. Host was fast to respond when we had questions. Saw wild turkeys and elk right off the deck.
