Excellent location, very close to a Bixi bike stand, between St. Laurent Blvd and Mont Royal, but outside the more sterile Downtown area, and well outside the touristy district near the river.

Great place to stay. Nine of us stayed in this very modern unit on two floors which is in a residential area. I was celebrating my birthday and Stewie left a lovely cake, wine and flowers for our arrival which was a very pleasant and much appreciated surprise. The unit was clean and pictures given were accurate, and we absolutely loved sitting outside on the patio in the evenings. Beds were very comfortable, the house was clean, and Stewie responded to emails immediately, even attending to a minor issue with the doors very quickly. The house is in a lovely area within walking distance of shops, restaurants and liquor stores, and the beautiful park is nearby. There was construction on the road right outside the unit which was a little noisy in the mornings for people sleeping in the room facing the road, but that was out of Stewie's control so I can't penalise for that. I would absolutely stay here again with a group.

Stewie was great! He answered every question I had within 20 minutes before the trip, and even helped out at 2am when one of the front door locks had some issues. The house itself is better than the pictures show and all 3 condos are connected through a little backyard patio which was perfect to hang out all together in. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. Location is great also and could walk to some places or a quick Uber if needed. Very clean as well. Can’t think of any negatives at all. Will be staying here next time I have a big group in Montreal. Reasonably priced for the number of beds it has. Perfect for big gatherings.
