Thank you for the warm welcome. The place is definitely walking distance from the Majestic Puraran Beach. Definitely value for money. I highly recommend this place. The owner suggested a tour guide for us to tour Catanduanes too.

Her place was away from other resort, walking through the rice fields to reach it but it was sooo relaxing, the view of the ocean, fresh salt air n the waves very breathtaking scenery. You won't be disappointed
