The Webb house is in a great location near Black Point Beach. There are great views from the decks, especially from the upstairs balcony. Kitchen is big and had everything we needed to cook meals. Beds were comfortable. There are actually 4 bedrooms, plus a tv room that has a couch. So in effect there are 5 bedrooms. Sea Ranch has so much to offer. We especially liked the tides pools. I appreciated the Sea Ranch map on the wall. Will stay at the Webb house again if visiting Sea Ranch.

My second time staying at the Webb house. The location is so beautiful with a view of the ocean. We could see whales from the back deck. Vacasa responded promptly to our questions. The kitchen is big and well stocked. The house has good bathrooms and bedrooms. The third bed seemed like it was more a full size than a queen size to us, could be wrong but that's how it looked. A really great home in Sea Ranch that we would be very happy to stay in again. Thank you!

Wow, what a wonderful stay. Can’t recommend this home enough. It was well stocked and had the most beautiful view. Truly magical.

Stunning location and view of ocean! Also our location was frequented by so much wildlife, it was delightful. The best was seeing a mama fox with her cub. The sea ranch location is so lovely- there is no end to beaches to visit. The house was spacious and clean. We did not like the beds, though. The mattresses were not comfortable. The linens were scratchy. The pillows just basic poly fill.
