Beautiful waterfront cottage located on Mill River. The property was built in 2014 and sleeps up to 8 people with 2 bedrooms containing 3 queen beds and a bunkie with 2 bunk beds. The yard has a bonfire pit and access to stairs down to the beach where you can dig clams or go kayaking (we have 4). The large open patio is great for drinking hot coffee in the morning or watching the sunset with a cold beverage in the evening. 18 hole and 9 hole golf courses are nearby. Tourism Lic# 4000249 The main level of the cottage consists of the living room, kitchen and bathroom. On the second level is the master bedroom with a queen bed that overlooks the water and the second bedroom with two queen beds. Each bedrooms and the open concept main level have heat pumps with AC. There is a deck off the master bedroom that overlooks the water - with amazing views. The bunkhouse has two bunk beds, TV and a large full bathroom - NOTE - the bunkie is not winterized and cannot be used from November until June. You'll have access to the beach via stairs that lead to the water. Kayaks are available to our guests as well as a fire pit at the edge of the property that overlooks the water. Take a shovel and a bucket and go to the waters edge and dig for clams, they are a treat on a summer evening.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful location. The owners were helpful and accommodating.
Had a lovely time. The cottage was absolutely stunning and their was even a high chair and baby gate waiting there for us. Couldn't of picked a nicer place to stay. The cottage was very spacious and fit us all very comfortably, the bunk house provided lots of space and the boys even watched the game on the MASSIVE TV. Dara went above and beyond and was very quick to respond and even brought over extra firewood for us later in the evening. Looking forward to staying again soon!

Beautiful property on the river. Very clean and spacious with comfortable beds. Great internet connection, lots of electrical outlets , everything you need to feel right at home! Dara is a wonderful host who ensured we had everything we needed
Our family had a wonderful stay and Dara and Harold were great hosts. The cottage is in a great location and we enjoyed having evening campfires and watching the beautiful sunsets over the water. Our kids took full advantage of the great bunkie on the property and enjoyed having a space where they could go to unwind. This cottage is great for both those who are seeking a location where you can just hunker down to unwind and relax, or like us, use it as a home base to do some day tripping to areas like North Cape, West Point Lighthouse, Cavendish, Summerside and Charlottetown. It was always great to come back to the cottage after a day of exploring and just take in the local sights. We all enjoyed activities like trying our hand at clam digging and having a family game of cornhole. I consider us to be lucky in finding this great place and meeting wonderful hosts like Dara and Harold! We already miss the place and would certainly return again in a heartbeat.

Our cottage is located on a quiet lane in beautiful Western PEI there is a mixture of seasonal residents and year round residents. It's a beautiful and safe lane to take a stroll on, you'll meet many of the locals as you explore the lane.
There is no public transit nearby.

We have lived on PEI all of our lives. We love to travel, our favorite destination so far has been Thailand, with Paris a close second. We love our summers on Prince Edward Island, it is an amazing place to live!
