We spent nice time in an apartment. All we found as per information in AIRBNB place description. Check in was in time and David was very helpful. Beautiful view from terrace, well equipped kitchen. Rules of rental as expected from earlier info. Best regards for Ramona and David!

The kWh price in the house rules (yes, it's hidden there, that you pay it separately) isn't correct, it's 40cent instead of 15cent. The appartement nextdoor is renovating, when asked on Monday if the renter knew about it, I get a response on Friday that they are not the owner. Why do you need to wait until the last day, to send that back?

We stayed in this apartment for a week in the beginning of May. At that time of the year it was super quiet which we enjoyed. The beach is only 2 min walk away and you can see it from the balcony, which in general hast a great view. The beach was nice with some green landscape instead of promenade with "ugly" buildings which is otherwise often common. We had some trouble after booking when we found out about all the additional costs, which are mostly listed on Airbnb, however the extra 50 Euros for late Check-in are not written anywhere. Eventhough the costs are listed in the description, you can easily oversee them and think the Airbnb is rather cheap. I would prefer if most of these costs are already included in the price you pay on Airbnb.
