I will recommend this place to anyone and everyone who wants to go to Laoag City. The place has a parking, clean, tidy, quiet and comfortable to sleep after an hours of travelling. Ate Leony was a perfect caretaker. She makes sure to make our stay convenient and delightful. Coffee is just at the lobby, available anytime. They also serve breakfast and asks which of the choices we would like to eat. I am privileged to taste the Vigan Longganisa, meaty unlike the Cebu’s. Location was great too, 7 minutes tricycle ride to Robinson’s Mall. The place was also close to some restaurants. All in all i am giving you a rating of AAA. Goodluck! See you again in my future trips.

Worst airbnb experience. We booked the place around 9PM and arrived close to 11PM. Disappointingly, upon arrival, the unit wasn't prepared yet, so we had to wait after a long drive when we were hoping to relax immediately. Also, there was no Wi-Fi throughout our stay. The listing says there's wifi. When we raised this concern, Rosita placed the blame on us for not contacting through phone Leony to have the place prepared. From what we know, it is her job to coordinate it with Leony and ensure that the place is ready, not the guests. The booking shouldn't have been accepted if the unit wasn't ready. Similarly, Rosita told us we should have confirmed wifi availability before booking even though it is included in the listing description. The listing should be accurate. If an amenity like Wi-Fi is unavailable, guests should be informed beforehand so we can make an informed decision Unfortunately, instead of taking accountability for these shortcomings, the blame was placed on us guests

3G Place is clean, easily accessible, and offers breakfast and parking. It's close to various establishments. The friendly caretaker provides excellent recommendations for dining and activities in Ilocos. 🙂

We were allowed early checkin since the room is vacant when we arrived. Very easy checkin and checkout. Very accommodating Ate Leony! Just few meters from the main road where there are nearby convenience stores to buy your needs and Coffee Project for your meal. Just few minutes away from the airport as well. Highly recommended!

We had a great stay. The room was clean and tidy. Ma’am Leony is very nice and friendly. Communication with the hosts went smoothly and the food was very pleasant. For its price it was well worth it. I recommend the place and will definitely be the first option for the forceable future. Thank you again 3G
