Jose, the owner, was easy to reach, always responsive, friendly interactive and took care that everything was ok. Accessing instructions were accurate and provided timely. WiFi worked great. Although I did not cook much, the kitchen had probably all that could be required. I was looking for a cozy place to stay during a congress, not interested in modern or fashion places, I found this nice flat located in a neural place in Long Beach, few blocks away from the shore, in an old, beautiful, historic building. The place was safe and clean and resembled as exactly as in the photos shown. A small balcony facing Linden st allowed me having breakfasts in fresh air. I’m 100% satisfied with my stay.

The condo had everything you could need and was within walking distance to a lot of places. Jose, the owner was very responsive to any questions that I had. The only downside is, if you have a car, parking is a little difficult. Just be prepared to walk because you never know what parking spot you’re going to find.
